Dr. Knight has been told that her communication skills flows into the ears of the hearers as "Iron Sharpening Iron" a principle which have duality effects in relationships and accountability.  Dr. Betty Knight joined Toastmasters International in 2018; to enhance her communication and leadership skills; and she also received awards at each level of her choicest.  In 2019, she achieved a Certification to gain pertinence understanding  in Cultural Sensitivity and Cultural Relevance to reach the level of her demand for diversity on a global scale.  Adding hard work to these tools makes Dr. Knight's motto authentic, "My common denominator, I am a Commanding Communicator!"
